Application Information

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and contaminant-free. For new builds or uncoated surfaces, prime with Hempel's Light Primer followed by Hempel's Underwater Primer. For previously coated surfaces, refer to the technical datasheet for specific preparation instructions.
  • Priming: For uncoated surfaces, prime with Hempel's Light Primer followed by a tie coat of Hempel's Underwater Primer.
  • Application Methods: Apply using a brush, roller, or paint pad.
  • Conditions: Apply when the surface temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
