Application Information
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants by cleaning with a suitable detergent and sanding with dry abrasive paper.
- Priming: For uncoated surfaces, sand and remove all dust. Prime with 1-2 coats of the specified Hempel primer (like Hempel's Light Primer or Hempel's Underwater Primer). For previously coated surfaces, abrade, clean, and dry the surface.
- Mixing Ratio: Mix Base 35259 and Curing Agent 95250 in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
- Application Methods: Apply using a spatula.
- Conditions: The surface must be completely clean and dry at the time of application and its temperature must be above the dew point to avoid condensation. Do not apply in direct sunlight. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
