Hempel's Profiller 35370 is a two-component, lightweight epoxy filler that offers exceptional adhesion and water resistance. This easy-to-sand filler is ideal for profiling large areas and detailed fairing where structural strength and flexibility are essential. Its ability to be applied in thick layers without sagging makes it a versatile solution for various fairing and filling tasks.

- Versatile Application: Suitable for use on fibreglass, wood, and steel, as well as other rigid substrates.
- High Build: Can be applied in coats up to 10-12mm thick for a uniform, smooth film build.

- Water Resistant: Provides excellent water resistance, making it suitable for both above and below the waterline applications.
Application Information
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
- Priming: Not applicable, as this product is a primer.
- Mixing Ratio: Mix Base 35379 and Curing Agent 95720 in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
- Application Methods: Apply using a trowel, fairing blade, or batten/pole.
- Conditions: Apply when the surface temperature is at least 10°C. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
