Hempel's Classic Varnish is a traditional, clear alkyd varnish that enhances and protects the natural beauty of wood. Its blend of tung oil and alkyd resin creates a flexible, long-lasting finish that resists seawater, sunlight, and harsh weather conditions. It's ideal for both interior and exterior wood surfaces above the waterline.

Application Information
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Sand the wood smooth and remove all dust. For new wood, apply a suitable wood treatment before varnishing.
- Application: Apply the first coat thinned with Hempel's Thinner 811 (max 10%). Apply subsequent coats with less thinner (max 5% for the second coat, then no thinner). For a smooth finish, sand lightly between coats.
- Drying Time: Allow 8 hours between coats at 20°C.

Additional Notes
